      CM Roms have problem with youtube from starting itself. Is your normal youtube app working?. most codecs are not compatible with cm romm hence this kind of issues tends to occur. saw your video looks like you don't have problem while the player is in landscape. it's not a major problem while you just downloading video i guess. Bottom line is these types of bugs will occur cause the base roms have these bugs. so you just have to live with it or try other rom may work in other roms.
