ReplyDeleteI have resolved this issue and steps are:
ReplyDelete1. Install Rom which works with all network in my case note 5 rom works and my idea sim is working
2 download mtk_nvram backup tool from URL: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2594364
3 run this tool in recovery and make a copy of nvram
4 install decepticon rom and then restore nvram backup created by mtk_nvram backup tool (Tool is used for both backup and restore)
