OMS is based on RRO (Runtime Resource Overlay) which was designed by Sony and its modded by developers to include it into AOSP ROMs.In short,RRO or OMS is a Theme Engine replacement and it can do wonders!

Tried the root in developer settings?

But when i check storage it showing only 2 gb remaining 26 not showing anyware what to do now ?
flash stock v3 rom first.. cause you are on v2 stock before flashing this rom that's why it causing that issue
Delete
